Marine collagen extract - Marine collagen has antioxidant properties that prevents and repairs the damage caused by environmental factors, such as UV rays and low humidity, as well as damage associated with the ageing process. Topical use of Marine collagen significantly thickens the epidermis layer and fibroblasts in the skin. Fibroblasts are cells that play a key role in the creation of new connective tissue, such as skin.
Seaweed extract - Seaweed is a natural anti-inflammatory, able to soothe skin inflammation. Seaweed will draw out any excess fluid, dead cells and toxins to give skin a healthy, fresh and youthful glow, leaving skin smooth and soft to the touch.

Organic blue green algae (spirulina) - Spirulina has a high content of vitamin A, vitamin B-12, vitamin E, calcium, iron and phosphorus, all of which are vital for your skin’s health. Free radicals make your skin look tired, limp and flabby. Spirulina makes skin look it look toned, youthful and vital. Spirulina is effective in treating dark circles and dry eye symptoms. Its detoxifying effects give your eyes new energy and power, removing dark shadows and dryness.
Spirulina contains tyrosine, vitamin E and selenium, all of which are known for their anti-ageing effects. Tyrosine slows down the ageing of skin cells. The antioxidants present in it eliminate free radicals which are responsible for skin ageing. Your skin will be amazingly soft and smooth as well as slowing the signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles. Spirulina facilitates faster cell turnover that helps skin heal faster. Sea Kelp Extract, also known as Macrocystis Pyrifera Extract, is a brown sea algae or seaweed that is normally found in the Antarctic Ocean. It is often used in facial serums, eye creams and night creams because of its potent anti-ageing properties. Marine plants are very resilient as they have to survive in extreme, often-changing, environments, which makes them very valuable in skincare. Brown algae helps prevent damage to amino acids and protects the cell’s membrane. This further protects against damage caused by free radicals, highly unstable molecules which accelerate the ageing process by attacking healthy cells and damaging collagen. The extract can also ‘re-organise’ the cell membrane to reverse cell damage and restore them to their healthy state.
Sea kelp extract works perfectly in our Face scrub due to its wonderful ability to soften dry skin. Due to its high iodine, mineral and antioxidant content, kelp is believed to help moisturise and soften the skin, as well as helping it to retain moisture. Kelp also contains elements that easily penetrate the skin to remove toxins, soothe and hydrate the skin and aids in keeping it smooth.
Rose Extract - Containing a complex array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, rose essential oil has excellent emollient properties for moisturising dry skin; it also offers antiseptic and astringent properties to treat acneic skin, as well as anti-inflammatory properties that help treat redness and inflammation.
Cherry Blossom Extract - Can alleviate the inflammation of the skin and reduce the risk of long-term damage.
Virgin sweet almond (prunus dulcis) oil - To help calm and soothe dry and stressed skin types. Perfect to soothe and nourish the skin from deep within.
Tamanu oil (calophyllum inophyllum) - Tamanu oil has been used to combat a whole range of skin problems and is highly beneficial as an Antioxidant, Anti-bacterial and Anti-inflammatory ingredient.
